‘The Survivor’ brings a hectic but not very exciting adventure about a deadly reality show; g1 already seen

The most fascinating aspect of “The Survivor” is that the film deals with some aspects that, even fictional and exaggerated, are very contemporary and identifiable for viewers. Thus, through the program that gives the film its title, the public is faced with topics such as fake news, deepfake, polarization, media manipulation, mass control, among others. Everything packaged in a modern editing and a pop soundtrack, characteristic of director Edgar Wright’s previous works, cult hits such as “Rhythm of Escape” and “Everybody Almost Dead”.
