‘The Batman 2’ can finally fulfill a wish of Marvel fans that is already impossible

Bucky was amnesiac, so the Soviets turned him into the Winter Soldier, brainwashing him and implanting him with a cybernetic arm.

However, later in the same stage, Barnes not only remembers his past, but redeems himself and is forced to take on the role of Steve Rogers, becoming the new Captain America. In these beginnings as the new bearer of the shield, Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow) is his main emotional support, creating a very special relationship between the two that, although it was never a confirmed romance, there was a lot of chemistry and a very close friendship..

But Marvel Studios changed the origins of many characters, Barnes among them, so this relationship never occurred on film after Sebastian Stan’s debut as the Winter Soldier in ‘Captain America and the Winter Soldier’ (2014). But more than a decade later, Stan and Johannson could be a couple, since the actress will play Gilda Dent, fiancee of Harvey Dentwho would later become Two-Face… and the most rumored role for Stan at the moment.

When is ‘The Batman II’ released?

After several problems in its pre-production, and the long process to finish its script, filming of ‘The Batman II’ will begin this year. Its premiere is scheduled for next October 2027.
