In the review of IGN Brazilthe first Five Nights at Freddy’s film received a score of 7/10, with the following description in the verdict: “Amidst the jumpscares and comical animatronics, Five Nights at Freddy’s delivers on what it promises: a good rough adaptation just like the games in the franchise. This does not mean, under any circumstances, that the film is bad (or the game). FNAF should not be taken as seriously as an 18+ horror film, especially because its games are just jumpscares inserted in a web of murders that are intrinsically hidden in mini-games and clues. The best part are the animatronics.

Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 will hit Brazilian cinemas on December 4th.
