Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 debuts with one of the worst horror scores of 2025

Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 debuted with one of the worst performances for a horror film in 2025 on Rotten Tomatoes. The sequel opened with just 13% approval, less than half the score of the first feature, which scored 33%.

The result places the new film among the worst-rated horror titles of the year, alongside productions such as O Ritual (9%), Bloat (29%), The Home (30%), The Woman in the Garden (41%) e Cursed Present (44%).
