In latest Sight and Sound magazine electioncarried out by the British Film Institute (BFI) in 2022, the 100 greatest films of all time were revealed, according to 480 directors. 2001: A Space Odyssey came in 1st place, but Alfred’s A Falling Body Hitchcock came in 6th place, being the best suspense film on the list.

Among the directors who voted for A Body That Falls, we have Ari Aster, John Carpenter, James Gray, Tilda Swinton, Paul Schrader, Joachim Trier and Nicolas Winding Refn. The film received two Oscar nominations, for sound and art direction.
